# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (England) Order 2001, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order, “the 1995 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, and any reference to Part 24 is a reference to that numbered Part of Schedule 2 to the 1995 Order.
