Coming into force 22nd August 2001
The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in the exercise of powers conferred on him by sections 59, 60, 61(1) and 333(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
