# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (England) Order 2006, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application.


(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (England) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 6th April 2006.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.
