  "long_title": "This Order adds a new Part 39 to Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995. Part 39 grants planning permission in respect of the erection of buildings necessary for the purposes of housing poultry and other captive birds to protect them from avian influenza. Where Part 39 applies, no specific application for planning permission is needed. Planning permission is granted by Part 39 subject to conditions requiring the developer to notify the local planning authority within 14 days of commencing development and to remove the development once the need for it has ended or by 19th February 2008 whichever is the sooner.",
