# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (England) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (England) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 20th February 2007.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.
