# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) Order 1999, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) Order 1999, and shall come into force on 9th July 1999.
(2) In this Order, “the 1995 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, and, except in article 6, any reference to Part 1, Part 24 or Part 25 is a reference to that numbered Part of Schedule 2 to the 1995 Order.
