# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2002, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order, “the 1995 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 and any reference to Part 24 is a reference to that numbered part of Schedule 2 to the 1995 Order.
