  "text": "(1) The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 is amended as follows.\n(2) In Part 3 of Schedule 2, after class G insert—\n“Class H\nPermitted Development\nH. Development consisting of a change of use of a building to a use falling within Class C3 (dwellinghouses) of the Schedule to the Use Classes Order from a use falling within Class C4 (houses in multiple occupation) of that Schedule.”",
