  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (S.I.1995/418) (“the GPDO”).\nThe GPDO grants planning permission for certain classes of development.\nThis Order amends Part 3 (changes of use) of Schedule 2 of the GPDO to give new permitted development rights. Those permitted development rights allow a change of use, so that buildings used as small scale houses in multiple occupation, shared by three to six people may subsequently be used as dwellinghouses.\nThe Regulatory Impact Assessment applicable to these Regulations is obtainable from the Welsh Government at: Cathays Park, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ and on the Welsh Government website at www.gov.wales.",
