  "text": "(1) The title of this Order is the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2019.\n(2) This Order comes into force on 1 April 2019.\n(3) In this Order, references to—\n(a) Schedule 2 are references to Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995; and\n(b) a numbered Part are references to that Part of Schedule 2.",
