Article 7 Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (Compensation) (Wales) (No.2) Regulations 2014

The Town and Country Planning (Compensation) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 2014^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (prescribed development – planning permission granted by development order), after paragraph (aa) insert—

“(ab)

development permitted by Class BA of Part 4 of Schedule 2 (temporary buildings and uses);”.
