Made 10 March 2026
Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2) and (3)
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 59, 60(1) and (3), 61(1), 108(2A)(a), (3C)(a), (5) and (6) and 333(4B), (7) and (8) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and now vested in them, make the following Order.
