# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2016, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2016 and comes into force on 24th November 2016.
