  "text": "Class B of Part 11 of Schedule 2 is amended as follows—\n(a) for paragraph B.1(c) substitute—\n“(c) the building is used, or was last used, for a purpose falling within Class A4 (drinking establishments) of the Schedule to the Use Classes Order, including a purpose as described in Class AA (drinking establishments with expanded food provision) of Part 3 of Schedule 2 to this Order.”;\n(b) for paragraph B.2(b)(i) substitute—\n“(i) the developer must, before beginning the development, apply to the local planning authority for a determination as to whether the prior approval of the authority will be required as to the method of demolition and any proposed restoration of the site;”\n(c) in paragraph B.2(b)(ii), for “paragraph (b)(i)(aa)” substitute “paragraph (b)(i)”;\n(d) omit paragraph B.2(b)(iii);\n(e) omit paragraph B.2(b)(vi);\n(f) in paragraph B.2(b)(vii) omit “subject to paragraph (b)(x),”;\n(g) in paragraph B.2(b)(ix) omit “subject to paragraph (b)(x),”;\n(h) omit paragraph B.2(b)(x); and\n(i) in paragraph B.3 omit the definitions of “community asset”, “list of assets of community value”, “nomination”, “prior approval event”, “specified building” and “specified period”.",
