# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order 2016, Article 4: Amendment in relation to development within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse


In Part 1 of Schedule 2 (development within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse), in Class A for paragraph A.1(h)(ii) substitute—
“(ii) be within 7 metres of any boundary of the curtilage of the dwellinghouse being enlarged which is opposite the rear wall of that dwellinghouse;”.
