# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order 2018, Article 14: Amendment to Part 9, Class C


In Class C of Part 9 of Schedule 2, in paragraph C. (permitted development) insert “by transport undertakers” before “required for the purposes of the carrying on of any tramway or road transport undertaking”.
