# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order 2024, Article 3: Amendments to Part 3 (changes of use)


(1) Part 3 is amended as follows.
(2) In Class MA (commercial, business and service uses to dwellinghouses), in sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph MA.1—
(a) omit paragraph (a);
(b) omit paragraph (c).
