# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order 2025, Article 1: Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order 2025.
(2) This Order comes into force on 29th May 2025.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.
(4) In this Order, “the GPDO” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
