This Statutory Instrument corrects errors in S.I. 2021/428 and S.I. 2021/746 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of each of those Statutory Instruments.

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 59, 60, 61, 62(1), 76C(2) and (3), 108(2A), (3C), (5) and (6) and 333(1), (2A) and (7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and sections 54 and 122(1)(a) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004:
