  "text": "In regulation 2 (prescribed development) of the Town and Country Planning (Compensation) (England) Regulations 2015—\n(a) in paragraph (b)—\n(i) for “D and E” substitute “D, E and G”;\n(ii) for “(minor operations relating to electric vehicle charging points)” substitute “(certain minor operations)”;\n(b) in paragraph (d), after “Classes” insert “BB,”;\n(c) after paragraph (ea) insert—\n“(eb) Class BA of Part 12 (holding of a market by or on behalf of a local authority);”;\n(d) after paragraph (g)—\n(i) omit the word “and”;\n(ii) insert—\n“(ga) Class TA of Part 19 (development by the Crown on a closed defence site); and”.",
