  "heading": "Amendments to Class B of Part 11 of Schedule 2",
  "text": "(1) Class B (demolition of buildings) of Part 11 (heritage and demolition) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph B.1 (development not permitted)—\n(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (c), omit “or”;\n(b) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—\n“; or\n(e) the demolition relates to a statue, memorial or monument (“a commemorative structure”) in place for a period of at least 10 years on the date of any proposed demolition, other than a commemorative structure—\n(i) that is a listed building;\n(ii) that is a scheduled monument;\n(iii) within a cemetery, on consecrated land, or within the curtilage of a place of public worship;\n(iv) within the grounds of a museum or art gallery; or\n(v) within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse”.\n(3) In paragraph B.3 (interpretation of Class B), before the definition of “excluded demolition” insert—\n““cemetery” has the meaning given by section 214(8) of the Local Government Act 1972;\n“dwellinghouse” does not include educational accommodation;”.",
