# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development etc.) (England) (Amendment) Order 2021, Article 8: Amendments to paragraph W of Part 3 of Schedule 2

Extent: E+W

(1) Paragraph W (procedure for applications for prior approval) of Part 3 of Schedule 2 is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (2)—
(a) in paragraph (ba), after “Classes M,” insert “MA,”;
(b) in paragraph (2)(bc)—
(i) after “Class M,” insert “MA,”;
(ii) after “a floor plan indicating” insert “the total floor space in square metres of each dwellinghouse,”;
(3) In sub-paragraph (8)(b), for the words from “form on any” to the end substitute—
“form—
(i) on any adjoining owner or occupier; and
(ii) where the proposed development relates to part of a building, on any owner or occupier of the other part or parts of the building”.
