Article 3 Amendment of article 2 (interpretation)

In article 2(1), after the definition of “mining operations” insert—

  • ““National Planning Policy Framework” means the National Planning Policy Framework issued by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government in December 2024f1;”.
