Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 2nd February 1998.

In this Order, “the 1992 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992^f1.
