  "text": "In Class 10 in Part 3 (changes of use) of Schedule 1 to the 1992 Order–\n(a) after “Class 10” insert “–(1)”;\n(b) after head (a) insert–\n“(aa) for the sale of hot food for consumption off the premises;”; and\n(c) at the end insert–\n“(2) Development is not permitted by sub-paragraph (1)(c) of this class if the change of use is of a building whose total floor area exceeds 235 square metres.”.",
