Article 2 Mineral exploration

Class 54 of Schedule 1 to the 1992 Order shall be amended as follows:–

(a)

in sub-paragraph (1) the words “during a period not exceeding 4 months” shall be deleted;

(b)

after sub-paragraph 3(d) there shall be inserted–

“(e)

the development shall cease no later than a date 6 months after the relevant period has elapsed, unless the planning authority have otherwise agreed in writing.”.
