# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1997, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st September 1997.
(2) In this Order “the 1992 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992.
