# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2017, Article 4: Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992


In article 2(1) (interpretation), at the end of paragraph (d) of the definition of “European site” insert “or Article 4(1) or (2) of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the conservation of wild birds”.
