# The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2018, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2018 and comes into force on 1st July 2018.
