Article 9 Amendment of Part 2A of schedule 1

In class 9A (the extension or alteration of a shop or financial or professional services establishment)—

(a)

in paragraph (2) omit “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (f) and after sub-paragraph (g) insert—

“(h)

it would be development described in class 7A(1)”,

(b)

in paragraph (5) omit the definition of “World Heritage Site” and “and” immediately preceding it.
