  "text": "In this Order—\n“the 1999 Act” means the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999;\n“the 2002 Act” means the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002;\n“the 2016 Act” means the Immigration Act 2016;\n“the map” means the map marked “Map referred to in the Town and Country Planning (Napier Barracks) Special Development Order 2021” a copy of which, signed by a member of the Senior Civil Service in the Home Office, is available for inspection at 2 Marsham Street, London, SW1P 4DF;\n“Napier Barracks” has the meaning given in article 1(4).",
