# The Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development (Amendment) Order 2016, Article 1: Citation and Commencement


This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into force on 31st May 2016.
