  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development Order 2015 (S.I. 2015/1635) (“the 2015 Order”) to provide that the planning permission granted by the 2015 Order ceases at the end of 31st December 2017.\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen. An Explanatory Memorandum is published alongside this Order at www.legislation.gov.uk.",
