# The Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development (Amendment) Order 2017

This Order further amends the Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development Order 2015 to provide that the planning permission granted by that Order ceases at the end of 31st December 2019 rather than the end of 31st December 2017.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 59, 60 and 333(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, makes the following Order:

## 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into force on 31st December 2017.

## 2 Amendment of Order

The Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development Order 2015 is amended as follows.

## 3 Amendment of Order

In article 3 (temporary planning permission), in paragraph (2) for “at the end of 31st December 2017” substitute “at the end of 31st December 2019”.

## 4 Amendment of Order

In article 4 (conditions and limitations), in paragraph (3) for “31st December 2017” substitute “31st December 2019”.
