# The Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development (Amendment) Order 2017, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into force on 31st December 2017.
