The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 59, 60 and 333(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990f1, makes the following Order:

1990 c. 8. Section 59 was amended by the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013 (c. 27), paragraph 4 of Schedule 1. Section 60 was amended by section 4(1) of that Act and the Housing and Planning Act 2016 (c. 22), section 152(1). There are further amendments to sections 59 and 333 that are not relevant to these Regulations.
