# The Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development Order 2015, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development Order 2015 and comes into force on 2nd September 2015.
(2) This Order applies to land comprising the freight holding area at Manston Airport, Manston Road, Manston in Kent.
