# The Town and Country Planning (Section 62A Applications) (Procedure and Consequential Amendments) (Amendment) Order 2015, Article 8: Transitional provision


The amendments to the 2013 Order made by this Order do not apply in respect of a relevant application made before 15th April 2015.
