Article 1 Citation, commencement, application and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 21^st April 2005.

This Order applies in relation to England only.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987^f1.
