# The Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1992, Article 2: Hazardous Substances


(1) In article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (interpretation), the definitions of “hazardous substance” and “notifiable quantity” shall be omitted.
(2) In article 3 of that Order (use classes), paragraph (5) shall be omitted.
