Article 2 Amendment of existing Order

For article 3(6)(c) of the principal Order (exclusions from Use Classes) substitute—

“(c)

as a launderette,”.

In Part A of the Schedule to the principal Order (Use Classes), for use (i) in Class A1. Shops substitute—

“(i)

for the washing or cleaning of clothes or fabrics on the premises,

(j)

for the reception of goods to be washed, cleaned or repaired,”.
