# The Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) Order 1994, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 4th April 1994.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987.
