# The Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) Order 1995, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 9th March 1995.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987.
