The National Assembly for Wales (“the National Assembly”), in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by sections 55(2)(f) and 333(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990^f1, and now exercisable by the National Assembly ^f2, hereby makes the following Order:
