# Towns Improvement Clauses Act 1847, Section 215: Penalty on commissioners failing to keep or deposit such copies.


If the commissioners shall fail to keep or deposit, as herein-before mentioned, any of the said copies of the special Act, they shall forfeit £50level 2 on the standard scale for every such offence, and also five pounds for every day afterwards during which such copy is not so kept or deposited.
