# The Toys (Safety) Regulations 1995, Paragraph 6: Radioactivity

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Toys must not contain radioactive elements or substances in forms or proportions likely to be detrimental to a child’s health. This is without prejudice to regulation 20 of the Justification of Practices Involving Ionising Radiation Regulations 2004.
