  "text": "(1) The manufacturer must ensure that the required information is marked—\n(a) on the toy; or\n(b) where the size or nature of the toy precludes the information from being marked on the toy—\n(i) on the toy's packaging; or\n(ii) in a document accompanying the toy.\n(2) The required information is—\n(a) a type, batch, serial or model number or other information enabling the toy to be identified;\n(b) the manufacturer's name, registered trade name or registered trademark; and\n(c) a single address at which the manufacturer can be contacted.",
