  "text": "A Type examination certificate issued in relation to a toy must be submitted by the manufacturer to an approved body for review if—\n(a) any change is made to—\n(i) the manufacturing process for the toy;\n(ii) any raw material used in the toy; or\n(iii) any component of the toy;\n(b) 5 years have elapsed since the certificate was issued without it having being reviewed by an approved body;\n(c) 5 years have elapsed since the certificate was last reviewed by an approved body without it having being reviewed again by an approved body; or\n(d) the manufacturer is of the view that a review of the certificate is necessary for any other reason.",
