# The Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011, Regulation 54: Notification of enforcement action taken in cases of toys presenting a risk

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Where a person or an enforcing authority is not the Secretary of State and it has taken action under regulation 53, it must notify the Secretary of State of—
(a) the results of the evaluation; and
(b) the corrective actions which it requires the relevant economic operator to take.
(2) An enforcement authority which has taken action under regulation 53 must inform the relevant approved body accordingly.
