  "text": "(1) A person who with intent to deceive—\n(a) forges, alters or uses an EC type-approval certificate or a certificate of conformity, or\n(b) lends an EC type-approval certificate or a certificate of conformity to another person, or\n(c) allows an EC type-approval certificate or a certificate of conformity to be used by another person, or\n(d) makes any document which resembles an EC type-approval certificate or a certificate of conformity, or\n(e) has in his possession any document which resembles an EC type-approval certificate or a certificate of conformity,\nshall be guilty of an offence.\n(2) A person who commits an offence under paragraph (1) shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or\n(b) on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine, or both.",
